Terms of Service

Last updated September 7, 2026 · Questions: [email protected]

These terms are the agreement between you and Artem Ivantsov, an individual based in Georgia (“Kitto”, “we”), for the use of the Kitto service at kittoseo.com. By creating an account or starting the paid introductory period you accept them.

1. What Kitto does

Kitto connects to your Google Search Console, finds pages on your site that are close to ranking, plans articles and page updates around them, writes drafts with AI models, runs every draft through an automated quality gate, and publishes to your site when you or your settings tell it to. It then reports movement using your own Search Console numbers.

Kitto is a tool, not an agency. It does not sell or exchange links, does not post to social networks, and does not act on your site beyond the connections you grant.

2. Your account and your site

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. One person is responsible for each account.
  • You may only connect sites you own or are authorised to manage. Connecting Search Console grants Kitto read-only access to that property; you can revoke it at any time in your Google account or in Kitto.
  • Publishing requires a connector to your CMS (for example WordPress) with credentials you provide. We store them encrypted and use them only to publish and update the content you approved.
  • Keep your login secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours.

3. The $4.99 introductory period

Kitto starts with a paid introductory period of 10 days that costs $4.99 and includes 3 articles published to your own site on a schedule (day 0, day 3, day 6), each with a summary of its quality-gate result. It is a single period of 10 days, not two consecutive billing steps. The full gate report is part of the paid plans.

  • It converts automatically. Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your subscription becomes the Growth plan at $49 per month, charged to the same payment method. This is shown before you enter your card, and you confirm it with a separate, explicit action at checkout.
  • You get a reminder first. At least 7 days before the first full charge you receive an email with the amount, the date and a one-click cancellation link.
  • One introductory period per site. A site (Search Console property) can go through the introductory period once, regardless of the account or email used.
  • EU and UK consumers. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the introductory period starts publishing immediately, we ask you to consent to starting the service within that period and to acknowledge that this consent ends the right of withdrawal for the introductory fee. You are still covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Plans and credits

Paid plans are billed in US dollars, monthly (Growth $49, Scale $99) or yearly at a 20% discount (Growth $468, Scale $948 per year, paid up front). Yearly plans renew at the same yearly price. Plans are measured in credits:

  • One credit is deducted only when an article is published. A draft that fails the quality gate costs nothing.
  • Updating an existing page uses 0.6 credit.
  • Kitto publishes at most two pieces a day per site; credits are a monthly ceiling, not a publishing quota.
  • Unused credits carry over for 3 months from the month they were granted, then expire. Your balance is always visible in the app.
  • Extra credits can be bought in packs. Purchased credits follow the same rules on use and expiry.
  • Plan limits (sites, team seats, API access) are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change never applies to a period you already paid for.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the app (Settings → Billing) or through the billing portal linked in every invoice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access and remaining credits until then. Nothing is charged after that. Cancelling during the introductory period means no full charge ever happens.

6. Billing and taxes

Our order process and all payments are handled by our authorised reseller, who acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. The Merchant of Record collects your payment, issues the invoice, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and processes refunds.

The name of the Merchant of Record is shown on the checkout page and on your invoice, and it is the name that appears on your card statement. Their own checkout terms apply to the payment itself, and they are linked from the checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

7. Refunds

The first full payment after the introductory period is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. All details, including what applies to renewals, credit packs and the introductory fee, are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Generated content and your responsibility

  • You own what is published. To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you all rights we hold in articles and updates generated for your site. We do not reuse your content for other customers.
  • You publish it. Content goes live on your site under your name. The quality gate checks facts, originality and readability, but it is automated and can miss things. You are responsible for reviewing content where accuracy matters (health, finance, legal and similar topics) and for compliance with the rules of your industry and jurisdiction.
  • No ranking guarantees. Search rankings depend on Google and on your site. We show estimates and label them as estimates. We do not promise positions, traffic or revenue.
  • AI providers. Drafts are produced with third-party AI models. Inputs derived from your site and Search Console data are sent to those providers under contracts that prohibit using them to train models. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kitto to:

  • publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that promotes hate or violence;
  • run link schemes, doorway pages, cloaking or other practices that violate Google’s spam policies;
  • connect sites you do not control, or run the introductory period repeatedly for the same site through different accounts;
  • probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without a written agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we contact you first.

10. Our intellectual property

Kitto, its software, design, opportunity-detection logic and reports remain ours. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own sites while your subscription is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Kitto available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Google, your CMS host and AI providers are outside our control. We may change features with reasonable notice; if a change removes something essential from a plan you paid for, you can cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kitto is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or changes in search rankings or traffic. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights in your country.

13. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings; connected Google and CMS access is revoked and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a material breach of section 9. Published content stays on your site; it is yours.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Before any formal step, write to [email protected]; most issues are solved within a few days.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we email account holders at least 14 days in advance. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Kitto after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
