What does the free audit actually cost me?
Nothing, and there is no card involved. You give us your website address, we read your public pages, and you get the findings with a plain explanation of each one. If you never come back after that, we are still glad it helped.
How much of my time does an article take?

Do I have to connect Google Search Console?
No, and no problem if you skip it. We can build your map without it. We do recommend it, because with it the plan comes from the queries Google already shows you for, and we can show you the same pages before and after. You can connect it later from Settings.
What happens to a fact the software could not verify?
It stays in the draft and gets marked, together with what we searched for and did not find. Deleting it quietly would hide the one thing you most need to see. You decide whether to keep it, change it or cut it.

Where do the articles get published?
On your own website, through your own CMS connection. WordPress is supported first, and other platforms are following. Nothing is published anywhere else, and nothing is published on a domain we control. You can edit, unpublish or delete anything at any time. It is your site and your content.
What if my website is brand new?
The free audit still works and will tell you plenty. The opportunity map is thinner, because there is not much search history to build on yet. If your site is only a few weeks old, please run the audit, fix what it finds, and come back to us later.

Kitto is an independent product built and run by Daniel Mercer, an SEO practitioner since 2019. It is not an agency. Nobody writes on your behalf and nobody touches your website except the CMS connection you set up yourself. If you would like to ask something before you start, please write to support@kittoseo.com and a person will answer you.
The articles are drafted by language models and checked automatically before you ever see them. We say so plainly, because you are the one publishing them under your own name. That is the reason the quality gate exists, the reason unverified claims are marked instead of removed, and the reason your check is the default rather than an option.
In Daniel Mercer's words: I have worked in search since 2019, first running paid search and SEO for small businesses, then a small agency where audits, on-page work, content and WordPress builds were the daily routine. From 2022 I moved to English-language projects and my own websites, and that is where Kitto comes from: after years of checking other tools' drafts by hand, I wanted the check built into the product itself.
