Pricing

Kitto pricing: what a published SEO article costs, and what happens if you stop

Kitto pricing is built on one unit: a credit. One credit is one published SEO article. Updating a page you already have costs 0.6 of a credit. A draft that does not pass the quality gate is not published, and its credit comes back to you. The audit and your opportunity map are free, and they ask for no card and no account. Everything below is what you would actually be charged: no setup fee, no charge per person on Growth, and nothing waiting behind a sales call.

What one credit buys

A credit is the unit Kitto bills in: one credit pays for one finished SEO article, written from your own Search Console data, checked by the quality gate and published to your website. Nothing else on your account spends a credit.

  • 1 credit is 1 published article.
  • Updating a page you already have costs 0.6 of a credit.
  • A draft that does not pass the quality gate is not published, and it does not spend a credit.
  • Unused credits stay with you for 3 months.

Looking over a finished article usually takes about five minutes. The quality gate marks anything it could not verify, so you read the marked lines rather than the whole piece, and then decide whether it goes out.

Before you weigh $49 against anything, see what your own site needs.

Please give us your website address and we will read your public pages the way a search engine does, then write back with what is broken, what is missing and which fixes are worth doing first. No card, no account, and the findings are yours to keep.

Nothing is published, and nothing is charged.

Plans

There are three of them, and the only thing that really changes between them is how many articles a month you publish. Free is the whole audit and the whole opportunity map, with no writing. Growth is one website and 30 published articles a month. Scale is up to three websites and 75. You can move between them whenever you like: the new plan starts with your next period, and moving up does not take away the credits you already have.

How many articles a month do you need?

Please move the slider to the number you have in mind, and we will show which plan covers it and what one published article works out at. Nothing is sent anywhere.

30

Growth

Growth includes 30 credits a month, so 30 published articles fit inside the plan with nothing to add on top.

Credit packs, if you need more than your plan

Some months are busier than others. If you run out of credits before the month does, you can buy a pack and carry on, without moving to a bigger plan and without waiting for the next period. Packs are added to your account straight away and they follow the same carry over rule as plan credits.

Credit packs, bought on top of any paid plan
PackPricePrice per article
10 credits$25$2.50
50 credits$100$2.00
200 credits$320$1.60

Please read that last column honestly: a pack costs more per article than a plan does. Packs are there for a busy month, not as a way to pay less. If you find yourself buying one every month, a bigger plan is cheaper for you, and we would rather say so than sell you packs.

What happens to credits you do not use

Credits carry over for 3 months from the month they were added, and the oldest ones are always spent first, so nothing sits at the back of the queue going stale. A quiet month does not cost you anything: what you did not use is still there when the busy month arrives.

An example with numbers. On Growth you get 30 credits in January and publish 20 articles. The other 10 stay with you until the end of April, and in February you would publish from those 10 first. If you cancel, the carry over stops with the subscription, so please use what is left before your last paid period ends.

Cancelling, refunds and what we charge you for

This is the part people usually have to hunt for, so it is written out in full here rather than in the small print.

  • Cancelling takes one click in your own account. There is no email to write and no call to sit through.
  • Access carries on until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges, it does not cut you off on the day.
  • If you ask within 30 days of your first full monthly payment, we return it, no questions asked.
  • Payments are taken by our authorised reseller, who acts as the Merchant of Record: they take the payment, issue the invoice, work out any tax and handle refunds. Their name is shown on the payment page and on your invoice, so the line on your bank statement is never a surprise.

The full wording lives in our Refund Policy and our Terms.

What Kitto does not charge for

  • The audit and the opportunity map are free and stay free. You can run a free SEO audit today and keep the report whatever you decide next.
  • Connecting Search Console costs nothing and is optional. Kitto works better with it, and it is still your choice.
  • We do not sell, exchange or place backlinks, at any price. That is a line we do not cross.
  • There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no charge per person on Growth.

Questions people ask

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit Kitto bills in. One credit pays for one finished SEO article, written from your own Search Console data, checked by the quality gate and published to your website. Updating a page you already have costs 0.6 of a credit, and unused credits stay with you for 3 months.

What happens if an article does not pass the quality gate?

It is not published. The draft stays in your account with the gate report attached, so you can see exactly which check it failed, and the credit comes back to you. You are never charged for something we would not put on your site ourselves.

Will my card be charged automatically after the $4.99?

Yes, and we tell you before it happens. The introductory period lasts 10 calendar days and then continues as Growth at $49 a month, unless you cancel. On day 3 we email you the exact date and the exact amount, 7 days ahead, with a cancel link in it.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, in one click from your own account. There is no email to write and no call to sit through. Cancelling stops every future charge straight away, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do my credits expire?

Credits you do not use carry over for 3 months from the month they were added, and the oldest ones are spent first. If you cancel, the carry over stops with the subscription, so please use what is left before your last paid period ends.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you ask within 30 days of your first full monthly payment, we return it, no questions asked. The $4.99 introductory payment is refundable on request too, while the introductory period is still running. The full text is in our Refund Policy.

Who charges my card?

Payments are taken by our authorised reseller, who acts as the Merchant of Record. They take the payment, issue the invoice, work out any tax and handle refunds. Their name is shown on the payment page and on your invoice, so you always know who the line on your statement is.
