What the check asks
Every answer changes what your audit looks at first, so there are no questions here that we do not use. We do not guess your platform and we do not read anything private: the audit reads the pages that are already public on your site, the way a search engine does.
- What your site is built on. This tells us how an article would reach your site later, and which settings usually cause trouble on that platform.
- Roughly how many pages it has. Small sites and large sites break in different ways, so the audit looks for different things.
- Whether Search Console is connected. It is not required for the audit. It matters because it is the only place where your own before and after can be read honestly, in your account rather than ours.
- What you publish today. This is the single answer that changes the plan the most, so please pick the closest one.
- What has been in the way, or what would make a tool worth the switch. The fifth question depends on the fourth one, so we ask about the part of the job that is actually yours.
- What worries you most. Please pick up to two. We will answer the ones you pick, in the audit and in the email that comes with it.
At the end you get a plain summary of what your audit would focus on and what the first ten days would look like. It is not a forecast, and we do not promise positions or traffic. Anything we cannot verify, we say so.
